How Season Works
Internships and grad programs open around the same time every year. Season looks at past years to predict when they’ll open next, so you can start prepping early.
Where the Dates Come From
Season saves listings from public job boards every day, so it knows when each program opened there in past years.
PwC · Technology Graduate Program
Opened 20 Feb 2023, 25 Feb 2024, 24 Feb 2025, 23 Feb 2026
Same week four years running, so next year is likely around 23 Feb.
How It Predicts
It averages the past opening dates, with recent years counting more. If the dates are close together, the window is small. If they jump around, it’s wider.

The Confidence Badges
- High confidence. Opens within a week or two of the same date every year.
- Medium confidence. Usually opens within about a month of the same date.
- 1 year of data. We’ve only seen it open once, so the guess is last year’s date. That’s within two weeks about half the time, but programs do move.
- Varies year to year. The date moves around a lot, or the program skipped a year. Use it as a rough guide.
Using Season
- 1Explore. Browse companies, or filter to internships or grad roles.
- 2Check its programs. See when each program opened before and when it’s predicted to open next.
- 3Follow. Your Following page shows what’s probably open now and what’s coming up.
When It Can Be Wrong
Predictions can miss if a program moves to a new month or skips a year.
Season also can’t see everything. It only tracks public job boards, so if a company posts a year’s program only on LinkedIn or its own careers site, that year is missing from its history. A gap means we didn’t see it, not that it didn’t open. Use the dates to plan, then check the company’s careers page before you rely on one.
Email Alerts
Anything you follow is saved to your account. Starting January 2027, you’ll get an email when its applications open. Nothing is sent before then. Turn alerts off in Settings, or for one company with the bell on your Following page.
Who Made This
I’m Jamie, a 3rd year software engineering student at UNSW. As someone searching for a SWE internship next cycle, I got sick of checking careers pages and still finding out about applications too late. So I built Season for me and my friends.
